Exchange/Return Policy:

It is our desire that you enjoy the experience of wearing your YourHairRocks extensions.  However, if you have to return, we are happy to exchange the purchase for like for like item or price.

All you have to do is follow the returns procedure below.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We strongly recommend you request a sample of the product before ordering.  However, customer satisfaction is our priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item within 7 days.  Please Contact Us by email.

We cannot and will not accept returns or exchanges on used items.  Unsuitable returns will not be accepted. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and in the original condition. All tags and packaging must be included. We cannot accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, or chemically altered) in any way. Netting and tags must be attached in the original package or box. Threads on the top of extension hair must be in original condition. Packing should not be marked, taped, or attached by anything. Due to hygiene concerns we have to keep to strict policies with regards to hair returns, therefore human hair items must be returned in the original and resaleable condition.

Please ensure that the returned package is accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.
Returns are subjects to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Please write your CRIA code on the outside of your return package.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed, after receipt of your package.

BUY ONE GET ONE FREE
Where a customer decides to return a purchase that was part of a buy one get one free offer, a credit will not be issued for the “free” item.  However if the item returned is the item that was purchased, then the refunded amount will equal the purchased item minus the ticket price of the free item at time of purchase.
